The Attic Monkeys is Matt's shop, and that is meant literally. He started it in 2026 because Brevard homeowners kept getting attic quotes from people who would not climb into the attic to write one.
He still does the work. The person who answers the phone is usually the person who ends up in your rafters with a flashlight, and the number you get is the one he wrote in front of you before anything was touched.
