What this site is and isn’t
The website exists so you can learn about our services and ask us to come out for a quote. It is not, by itself, a contract for any work. Any work we actually perform for you is governed by a separate written estimate that we provide on-site, and by any work agreement you sign with us at that time. Those documents, not this website, control scope, price, schedule, and warranty.
Quotes and estimates
Numbers we give you online (price ranges, ballparks, energy-savings estimates, “up to” figures) are educational, not binding. Your real number comes from the on-site visit, in writing, after we’ve actually seen the attic. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise on the quote itself.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to send anything illegal, abusive, or fraudulent.
- Scrape the site at scale or use it to train a machine-learning model without our written permission.
- Submit a quote request under someone else’s name or for an address you have no relationship with.
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the site’s code, infrastructure, or security.
Our content
The brand name, logo, photos, copy, layout, and original artwork on this site belong to The Attic Monkeys, LLC. You may share links to pages on the site freely. To reuse anything else (copy, photos, the mascot), email legal@theatticmonkeys.com first.
Reviews and third-party content
Reviews displayed on the site are written by the customers who left them. Links to third-party sites (review platforms, manufacturer product pages, energy-credit programs) are provided for convenience and we don’t control what’s on the other side of them.
No warranty on the website itself
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we provide it “as-is.” We don’t guarantee the site is free of errors, that it will always be available, or that information on it is current at the moment you read it. The work we perform under a signed agreement carries its own warranty terms; those are separate from this site.
