Newer than you think, older than it looks
Viera reads as new construction, and the first wave is now twenty-five to thirty years deep. That is old enough for the parts of a house nobody inspects to have quietly aged out, while the exterior still looks current.
The insulation in a first-wave Viera attic is usually closer to code than a 1980s Palm Bay attic, so depth is less often the headline. What has moved is everything sealed at the time of build.
